Max win from free spins: win cap, max bet and what is forfeited above it

A win cap on free spins sets the maximum amount of what the spins win that can reach the account as real money. In casino terms and conditions this limit is called max win, maximum value, maximum amount or maximum payout limit; in every case it means the amount above which the rest of a win is no longer paid out. Win cap by casino

Four of the five casinos tier the cap on free-spin winnings by the number of spins included in an offer. The values according to the terms, as of 09.10.2026:

• Ninlay Casino: max. 50 EUR for up to 50 free spins or 100 EUR for more than 50 free spins; the rest is forfeited. The reload terms read: „Der Höchstbetrag, der vom Bonus auf das Echtgeldguthaben übertragen werden kann, beträgt 50 EUR bei bis zu 50 Freispielen oder 100 EUR bei mehr als 50 Freispielen.“
• AllySpin Casino: according to the operator, the max-win rule of 10 times the bonus amount applies only to Thailand, Brazil, Chile and Peru. No win cap is stated for Austria; LCB additionally lists Japan, Casino.Guru shows „Max. Auszahlung Unbegrenzt“ (unlimited).
• Wyns Casino: max. 100 EUR for more than 50 free spins, 50 EUR for up to 50 free spins; the excess is forfeited.
• Kinbet Casino: 50 EUR for up to 50 free spins and 100 EUR for more than 50 free spins as the transfer to real money.
• Mr Pacho Casino: 50 EUR for up to 50 free spins, 100 EUR for more than 50 free spins.

Per the terms, the tier depends on the number of free spins: up to 50 or more than 50. Bonus money from a deposit is regulated separately from the cap on spins. Ninlay Casino writes in its welcome package: „Der Maximalwert, der bei diesem Bonus freigegeben werden kann, entspricht dem 10-fachen Wert des anfänglichen Bonusbetrages.“ – the maximum that can be released equals 10 times the initial bonus amount. Kinbet Casino uses the same wording under item 18 of its deposit bonus terms. For Wyns Casino and Mr Pacho Casino no separate cap on bonus money is recorded: no information.

The comparison sites partly differ. Casino.Guru lists „Max. Auszahlung Unbegrenzt“ for Ninlay Casino as well as for AllySpin Casino, while the Ninlay Casino promotion terms contain the 50 EUR and 100 EUR caps for free spins.

Where the cap is written is not always easy to find. A player from Austria complains that a bonus stated the wagering and the bet but not the maximum payout: „but it doesn't say, for example, how much is paid out“. At Ninlay Casino, Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino the cap on spins is in the terms of the specific promotion; the general terms additionally cover special cases such as spins without a deposit.

At Ninlay Casino the cap therefore appears in several places: in the reload terms for spins, in the welcome package for bonus money and in general terms 7.15 and 7.16 for no-deposit offers. Kinbet Casino states the cap on spins as the transfer to real money, the cap on bonus money under item 18 of the deposit bonus and the cap on no-deposit spins in general terms 7.15. Wyns Casino and Mr Pacho Casino list the rule for no-deposit spins as a general terms rule. At AllySpin Casino the max-win rule appears only together with the country list Thailand, Brazil, Chile and Peru; Austria is not on it.

Cap with and without a deposit

For spins credited without a prior deposit, the general terms set their own fixed cap instead of the tier by number of spins. Ninlay Casino lists 80 EUR for free spins without a deposit in general terms 7.15; Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino also state 80 EUR as a general terms rule. For AllySpin Casino: no information.

None of the five casinos lists a current offer of this kind. For Wyns Casino and Kinbet Casino the recorded data state explicitly that no no-deposit offer is running at present; for Ninlay Casino, Mr Pacho Casino and AllySpin Casino the status as of 09.10.2026 is: no information. Besides spins, Ninlay Casino also has a casino bonus without a deposit with its own cap. General terms 7.16 read: „Für einen solchen Bonus gilt ein maximales Auszahlungslimit von x5 des erhaltenen Bonusbetrags.“ – a maximum payout limit of x5 of the bonus amount received. Here the cap depends on the bonus amount and not on a fixed euro figure such as the 80 EUR for free spins. For a comparable no-deposit bonus at the other four casinos: no information.

Spins and bonus money in one package are subject to two separate caps, written in different paragraphs of the terms.

How much depends on the classification is shown by a report from Austria. Support had credited a player with a bonus – „manually credited me with a €20 bonus“ – and afterwards a cap of €50 was applied as for a no-deposit offer. Whether a bonus given by support counts as a no-deposit bonus is not regulated in the recorded terms of the five casinos: no information.

Another player from Austria, after a reduced win, asked for a bonus with no cap at all: „Dann geben sie bitte einen 500euro bonus ohne Maximal auszahlung?“ Among the five casinos in this catalogue, only AllySpin Casino states no win cap for Austria; at the other four, a fixed maximum amount for spins with and without a deposit is written in the terms.

Spins without wagering requirements are not automatically free of a cap either. None of the five casinos in this catalogue lists such an offer; what „wager-free“ means in the rules is described on the page wager-free spins.

What happens above the cap

Whatever lies above the cap is not paid out. Ninlay Casino and Wyns Casino say so explicitly: at Ninlay Casino the rest is forfeited, at Wyns Casino the excess. Kinbet Casino words the cap as the maximum transfer to real money; at Mr Pacho Casino the cap itself is stated, while for what happens to the amount above it: no information. At what moment the excess is removed is not stated in the recorded terms of the five casinos.

In reports from Austria the win cap is a frequent cause of disputes over bonus winnings. A player received a 100 euro bonus from the bonus shop and writes: „Habe es geschafft auf 2500 Euro zu spielen“ – he had played it up to 2500 euros. He was paid €500. A cap for bonuses from a bonus shop or loyalty programme is not listed separately in the recorded terms of the five casinos: no information.

Another report describes the message after wagering: „kam eine Email dass nur 500 ausgezahlt wird und 2000 storniert wurden“ – an email said only 500 would be paid and 2000 had been cancelled. A payout limit of x5 had been applied. One player had read a different factor in the terms: „Es steht nicht ersichtlich dass nur x5 ausbezahlt wird. Es steht x 25.“ Whether a casino may change terms after activation is not explicitly regulated in the recorded general terms: no information.

Completing the wagering in full does not lift the cap either. A player from Austria reports: „ich habe mit Ersteinzahlungsbonus gespielt und habe es auch 45 mal umgesetzt“ – he had wagered his first deposit bonus 45 times, and his win of 26 €000 then fell under the bonus payout limit. What the withdrawal itself requires after wagering, from verification to the minimum amount and excluded payment methods, is described for all five casinos on the page withdrawing free-spin winnings.

For winnings from bonus games, government bill 594 d.B. (Regierungsvorlage) provides for a new rule, planned from 1 January 2027. According to the government bill, such winnings are to count as paid-out winnings only „wenn sie das Ergebnis einer Zufallsentscheidung sind und dieser erzielte Gewinn ausgezahlt wird“ – if they are the result of a random decision and the win achieved is paid out. An amount forfeited because of a win cap is not paid out; the planned rule is not yet in force.

Austria is not excluded from the promotions. According to the terms of Ninlay Casino, Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino they are restricted only for Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. Max bet and win cap

As long as a casino bonus is active, all five casinos also limit the bet per round. Breaking this limit can cost the win before the win cap even comes into play. On the maximum bet, operator pages and comparison sites contradict each other most clearly, as of 09.10.2026:

• AllySpin Casino: €5 per bet with an active casino bonus.
• Wyns Casino: 100 EUR according to the operator, €5 according to AskGamblers.
• Kinbet Casino: 100 EUR.
• Mr Pacho Casino: 100 EUR according to the operator, €5 according to LCB.

Before the win cap comes into play, winnings from free spins must be wagered: according to the terms 40x at Ninlay Casino, AllySpin Casino, Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino; bonus money from the deposit 35x (deposit + bonus). The deadline is 10 days from activation of the bonus in each case; according to general terms 7.12 of Ninlay Casino and Kinbet Casino, 10 days after receipt.
