Wager-free spins – in German „Freispiele ohne Umsatz“ – are spins whose winnings could be cashed out once the rounds are over, without any further play. The opposite appears in almost every promotion's terms: a multiplier such as x40 that the free-spin winnings must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. How the multiplier, the deadline and the maximum bet work together is explained in the overview of free-spin wagering requirements.
For the five casinos in this catalogue – Ninlay Casino, AllySpin Casino, Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino – the finding as of 09.10.2026 is clear: wager-free spins are not listed at any of the five. All five tie free-spin winnings to 40x wagering, in the welcome package as well as in the weekly reload promotions. Where operator terms and portals such as Casino.Guru, AskGamblers or LCB disagree, this page shows both versions side by side.

02No wagering per casino
Ninlay Casino: wager-free spins – no data. Free-spin winnings carry 40x wagering; the weekly reload terms state: “The wagering requirements for winnings from free spins are x40.” The welcome package carries 250 FS according to the offer title; the terms list 100 FS with the 1st deposit and 50 FS and 100 FS in further stages. The wagering deadline is 10 days after the bonus is activated; T&C 7.12 gives 10 days after receipt.
AllySpin Casino: wager-free spins – no data. The English terms state the multiplier word for word: “to release the free spins winnings - 40x (forty) times”. This applies to the 200 free spins of the welcome package and to the 50 free spins of the weekly reload. Deadline: 10 days from bonus activation.
At all five casinos, the free spins from the welcome package and from the reload carry the same multiplier. Which types of free spins exist in Austria overall and how they are spread across the five casinos is covered in the free spins overview.
Wyns Casino: wager-free spins – no data. Winnings from the 200 free spins on the first deposit are subject to 40x wagering; AskGamblers lists the value as “Free Spins WR 40x”. The weekly 50 free spins also carry 40x.
Kinbet Casino: wager-free spins – no data. The multiplier is x40 on free-spin winnings; point 8 of the reload terms reads the same: x40 on free-spin winnings. Deadline: 10 days after the bonus is activated.
Mr Pacho Casino: wager-free spins – no data. The 200 free spins on the first deposit and the 50 free spins of the weekly reload are subject to x40 on free-spin winnings; deadline 10 days from bonus activation.
What the multiplier means in practice is shown by Ninlay Casino in its own FAQ with a worked example: “If the wagering requirement is x40 and you won 10 EUR, you have to stake 400 EUR”.
03Limits that still apply
The absence of wagering alone does not make a free-spin win payable without limit. Next to the multiplier, the terms of the five casinos contain further rules that apply to every free-spin promotion and would remain in place for a wager-free offer as well.
Win cap on deposit free spins: Ninlay Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino state 50 EUR for up to 50 free spins and 100 EUR for more than 50 free spins. Wyns Casino uses the same scale; any excess is forfeited. At AllySpin Casino, the max-win rule applies according to the operator only to Thailand, Brazil, Chile and Peru, and no win cap is stated for Austria; Casino.Guru lists the maximum payout as unlimited.
Win cap without deposit: for free spins without a deposit, the T&C of Ninlay Casino (T&C 7.15), Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino contain a general cap of 80 EUR; for AllySpin Casino: no data. No current offer of this kind is listed at any of the five. A search for “wager-free spins without deposit” therefore meets two missing values at once; the rules for spins without a prior deposit are summarised on the page on no-deposit free spins.
Validity: reload free spins must be used within 7 days at Ninlay Casino, AllySpin Casino, Wyns Casino and Kinbet Casino. For the welcome free spins at Wyns Casino and Mr Pacho Casino, each block of 20 is valid for 24 hours from availability, otherwise it expires.
Payment methods: Neteller and Skrill are excluded from the welcome package at all five casinos. On Paysafecard, either as an exclusion or as a route to wager-free spins: no data.
That a limit can still apply after the wagering is complete is described by a player from Austria: “At no point was I informed that a win limit would still apply after the wagering requirements had been met.”
04Promotion headline and terms compared
The title of a promotion and its terms do not always say the same thing. At the five casinos, several such differences can be read in the operators' own texts:
- Ninlay Casino: the offer title reads “250% bis zu €2,500 + 250 FS”. The terms call both later stages the “third deposit” – once with 50 free spins, once with 100 free spins. For the weekly reload the terms state 50 free spins, while an older text on the AT promotions page spoke of “ten free spins”.
- Kinbet Casino: the offer header states 350 FS. According to the terms, 200 free spins come with the 1st deposit, 50 free spins with the 3rd and 100 free spins with the 4th deposit; the 2nd deposit brings no free spins. For the first deposit, the promotion text speaks of „100% Bonus von bis zu €500“, while point 3 of the terms gives a maximum of 1,000 EUR.
- AllySpin Casino: the /at/ page showed “+ 200 FS + 3 Bonus Crab”, while the English bonus terms state 1 Bonus Crab.
The gap between expectation and terms is widest for spins promised for a new account alone. No such offer is listed at any of the five casinos; what the terms mean by free spins on sign-up is explained on the dedicated page.
For the wording of promotion headlines, Annex item 20 of the Austrian UWG applies. It is always unfair to give „die Beschreibung eines Produktes als „gratis“, „umsonst“, „kostenfrei“ oder ähnlich“ (describing a product as free of charge) when the consumer has to bear further costs. Deposit, wagering and win cap appear in the terms at the five casinos, not in the headline.
Players from Austria report where headline and settlement diverged. One writes: “It is not stated that only x5 is paid out. It says x25.” Another points to a limit that was worded only for a different bonus type: “Only a limit for no-deposit bonuses is mentioned there.”
05How to spot it in the terms
Whether free spins are wager-free is decided not by the title but by the sentence on the winnings from the spins. At the five casinos it sits in the terms of each individual promotion, usually as a separate numbered paragraph. Typical wording is “The wagering requirements of winnings from free spins are x40.” A wager-free offer would have to waive the multiplier explicitly at this point – no such wording is listed at any of the five.
At Ninlay Casino, Wyns Casino, Kinbet Casino and Mr Pacho Casino, the English version of the T&C is legally binding according to the terms, even though the /at/ interface runs in German. Where German and English wording differ, the English text therefore prevails.
Next to the multiplier, the same terms contain further rules that decide the value of a spin: the deadline, the win cap and the maximum bet while a bonus is active. Maximum bet: Ninlay Casino states 100 EUR in the current AT terms, and 5 EUR according to a Wayback version of 14.02.2026, Casino.Guru and LCB; Wyns Casino 100 EUR according to the operator and €5 according to AskGamblers; Mr Pacho Casino 100 EUR according to the operator and €5 according to LCB. AllySpin Casino states €5 per bet, Kinbet Casino 100 EUR.
Another rule concerns the game itself. For reload free spins, Ninlay Casino and Kinbet Casino name a slot selected by the administration at the minimum spin value; for the welcome package: no data. Which machines are named in free-spin promotions and what a spin is worth there is shown in the list of eligible slots.
How much the exact wording matters is shown by voices from Austria. One complains that the multiplier and the stake were stated, “but it doesn't say, for example, how much is paid out”. Another describes a clause “that no player knows about”. A player who had wagered a first-deposit bonus 45 times then ran into the bonus cap.
For the future, a rule on winnings from bonus play is planned in Austria: according to government bill 594 d.B., such winnings are to count as paid-out winnings only “if they are the result of a random decision and this win is paid out”. The bill has not yet been passed.
